The resort offers a wide area with plenty of facilities, and the staff is exceptionally helpful. However, my experience was marred by a moldy room and inconsistent service at some dining spots. The food quality was great though, and there are ample family-friendly provisions available.

I had an enjoyable stay but encountered some significant issues, especially with the spa services which were disappointing. The hotel grounds and pools are beautifully maintained and perfect for families. However, the service and attention to guest concerns could certainly be improved, particularly regarding room allocations and the spa experience.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel located right by the stunning Praia do Forte beach. The facilities were top-notch, including amazing swimming pools and a variety of dining options that catered to every taste. Although there could be more activities for younger kids, and I missed having a designated spot in the rooms for wet clothing, the overall experience was very enjoyable. The prices were reasonable, especially considering the all-inclusive package offered.
